Save files not loading on MacBook Air

  Although there is no error message on my Mac, my saved files don’t appear in the lobby. On Shadow PC, they do show and are selectable.

Hi @rasberri0rxnge,

After investigating this issue internally, we have identified it as being caused by Mac permission access settings. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

1. Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files and Folders and check if inZOI has been properly added.

2. If inZOI is not listed, uninstall inZOI via Steam and restart your Mac.

3. After restarting your Mac, reinstall inZOI via Steam.

If the issue persists after following the steps above, please let us know.
