Hard System crash on relationship action — RTX 4060 laptop (Win11)

    OS version: Windows 11 10.0.26200
    CPU: Intel Core i7- 136500HX
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU; 32.0.101.6790
    RAM: 16.0 GB
    storage: size 536GB; free space 392 GB

  • Steps to Reproduce:

    • zoi interacts with another zoi
    • option for relationship action appears
    • select one —→ the whole system crashes, computer is off (hard system crash)

  • Please provide the entire save file(s) from the date when the issue occurred.

    • note I have no crasg files as it’s not that the game crashes but the entire computer

  • Details:
    Tried:
    Disabled overlays, updated drivers, Verified files

So it’s not a complete freeze and you have to do a “hard reset” to get it to work but, after choosing any relationship action, everything crashes, you get a black screen and the laptop reboots?

Does it happen with every save file (old and new) or only with a single one? Which relationship interactions have caused crashes for you so far?
