Game stuck on loading screen and causes PC freeze (application not responding)

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

  • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT

  • RAM: 16GB

  • Issue Date: January 12, 2026

When launching the game, it gets stuck on the loading screen. If I press Alt + Tab, a system window appears indicating that the application is not responding. Shortly after, my entire PC freezes and becomes unclickable, forcing me to restart the computer.

This issue has occurred multiple times today.

Troubleshooting Done:

  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the game

  • Restarted the PC multiple times

Additional Notes:
I was able to play the game normally before today. This issue only started today.
