Thank you both for the screenshots. My PC specs: RTX 4060ti, 32GB DDR5, and i7 14700 KF. My GPU usage is also at 97% without any tabs open. For me, the lights flicker when I zoom in too close into the building. Using the small integrated ceiling lights in my buildings helps me to eliminate the flickering.
