I had an accident in Big Buns and ended up having to renovate. You know when a chunk of wall moves and then you accidentally save it so you can’t go back. Anyway, there is now loads more room inside and a terrace, and a lot more customers to go with it.

Your builds are gorgeous @LennyOgg!!! Are you uploading them as well? I already searched by your alias in Canvas but could not find the builds which you have posted here and in other posts like the bar in Cahaya for example.
After being a month away and thus only now able to start testing out the December update I started my first business. Built a mixture property in Dowon on one of the cheap business lots. It serves for lecturing, provides food and drinks on the first floor and has a gaming / programming / reading area upstairs.
I am surprised how much money we can make with this so early on and so fast. Operating it myself I made 40k in one day and now with 2 employees and only managing it still brings around 7-8k per day.

I spent a week working on this building, and it was great fun to construct a “skyscraper” in the middle of Dowon. The result is the High-rise Skyline Residence for mixed-use, elevators, Dowon Hangyeol, for 8 Zois, fully furnished and much more.
Every floor is accessible by elevator and fully furnished. For 8 Zois, 2 Kingsize beds, 4 single beds. large Swimming pool, large office floor, gym, arcade, billiards, darts, music room etc.

The ‘Yuki No Saru’ Onsen 
Owned by the Fujiwara family for many generations.
‘Yuki No Saru’ is japanese for Snow Monkey.
A painting of these Snow Monkeys bathing in a hot spring is hanging in the entrance hall.
From the entrance hall, you reach the small changing room.
Towels and trunks are provided by the Onsen.
The main room contains wash basins, showers and two large basins with the hot, mineralized water.
There is also an outdoor area with a hot water pool.

I am renovating the very first house I made, my “2-Adult + 6kids single floor house” for the 2008 Oakridge Drive in Bliss Bay. I had uploaded the original one around the 4th of May, 2025… I had about 3 weeks experience in the game by then, only.
So I decided to bring it on par with my current skills. Which is to say more decorating and adding missing things. Also new windows and stuff like that. Here’s a sample of the before/after Kitchen and Living room. I’ll post more pics later when I have time, but the difference is striking. I love it !

Very nice looking “Barbie” house 
I like the shared kitchen/living room, that’s how I usually build my houses too.
The living space in the front and the least used rooms (bedroom, bathrooms) in the back.
I could see adding extra chairs when receiving guests, both inside and on the front porch.
Very nice design.

I started my second business in Dowon in the 72 Central Road, No. 3 lot which really started out slow with less customers than usual but now it is going really well after a couple of days. This gave my Zoi enough money for interior renovation to turn it into a music and art center which offers lectures as well and some food for staying creative.

Here are the kids’ bedroom and to the right the Gym/homework room.
The Gym room is very popular when receiving guests or spending a family evening, You can read, workout, play/use the laptops, do yoga, admire art from the portrait… A nice second living room without the distraction from the music speakers and the TV.

A Small amount of changes in the details can really bring out a room from mundane to gorgeous, does it not ?
And I just noticed I lost the punching bag… Gonna have to fix that !

Ichiraku Ramen in Bliss Bay 
I just used the premade shell and built the Ramen Shop inside of it.
It’s very small but cozy ^^’
I love these cat paintings so much, each of them resembles one of the Boys and I also own them in RL 
The name is inspired by ‘Ichiraku Ramen’ from Naruto and can be translated to ‘Ramen is the Best Pleasure’.
