How do you have Zois sitting at the tables like that without chair?
1- Are they real zois or mannequins.
2- Is that a mod ?
3- Do they eat from such a position ?

If I understand your question correctly Samuriko, click on the floor where you want your Zoi to sit down and choose the appropriate pose from the menu that appears. In my case, with crossed legs. I haven’t tried if Zois eat in this position yet.

Today I put the finishing touches to my update of my first ever 8-zoi house on canvas.
The original was finished on April 28th, 2025 (So 9 months ago, nearly day-for-day).
It goes without saying that I was a newbie builder back then and the house was pretty bare. Cute yes, but barebones.
So I gave it a well-deserved uplift, which I uploaded to Canvas and will also post the pics over here (better resolution since on Canvas the pics are shrunk down and cannot be enlarged).
Of course, the uplift brought the price up to 83’753 Mew, but it’s worth every single penny IMHO since fully furnished with almost everything you’ll ever need.
So, this one story family house features 8 bedspaces in 2 rooms (1x2 + 1x6), a 2-toilets bathroom with both a Shower and Bathtub, a “Study Room” which also acts as the computer and Gym room, a large living room and kitchen with enough seating for the whole family.

High-rise penthouse with skyline views, metro for 8 Zois, elevators, fully furnished and much more. The penthouse has 2 floors. Each apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, etc. The building has a gym, billiard room, darts, swimming pool. 2 king-size and 4 single beds. A luxurious (comfortable) life in the heart of the city for the Zois

This is the inZOI version of the Sims 4 Ryokan Yukisan I’ve built for the Boys for Winterfest 2022. (A Ryokan is a japanese Guest House/ Inn)

It’s my old rebuild with custom interior and decoration. Penthouse Lumiere v0,3,0, Bliss Bay. After update v0,3,0 Build Mode get elevators and pools. & I build 2nd floor, & add swimming pool.
2nd floor has 2 transparent glass walls.
There are a total of 5 bedrooms for 10 characters. But I’m usually don’t create such big families. & inZOI currently has limit till 8 Zois in every family. No matter, do Zois has family ties, or just neighbors

It’s my “newest” work. Rebuild penthouse Dowon Heights sky building v0,5,0 with custom interior and decoration. It’s has 2 floors too. Just my habit - to build with a large scale))) There are a total of 6 bedrooms for 12 characters (for cousins, moms, mothers-in-law, lovers, neighbors, babysitters))).
Usually I play in Bliss Bay. 5 years in Los Santos in GTA Online is impossible to erase from memory. But for now very miss Dowon ambience. When early access was just appeared in march 2025, my first saves & stories were in Dowon. For now I return back there. & now I created several big families with 8 Zois. Big families needs big apartments)))
4 eternally hungry babies are certainly can find themself place in such large penthouse. & their mommy can find the place, where she can hide from they))) Oh, I don’t envy Amelia! & I will never repeat this death trick in real life myself!

Oh! Air Asri House! When update v0,3,0 just appeared, I rebuild this lot in Cahaya too. I’d nothing change at 1st floor. But add 2,3 upper floors

I’m renovating all of Bliss Bay’s company properties, but I’m quite out of my depth.
This instead is the Elegance Hotel, the first floor is designed as a very informal piano bar, the second is a fitness/yoga/pool area + kids area.
The photos aren’t great because of the camera angle, if I want to take good ones I need to remove the walls

This is a multipurpose lot, Jeb’s Grandmother, Francine, lives and works here.
It’s the greenest house in all Dowon 
With a yard that can be accessed from the street and the kitchen
There is a rooftop garden with a greenhouse
On Groundfloor is Francine’s tiny Esoteric Shop ‘Welcome Wa(o)nderer’
And right next door the Real Estate Agency ‘Dowon Bu Dong San’

Behind the Shop lies Francine’s kitchen 
There was no place for stairs (since they are so huge ö.ö), so a ladder leads up to her bedroom and bath and to the rooftop

The Le Petit Cafe has become a local landmark in Dowon and has been awarded 5 stars . The vintage cafe is known for its various coffee bean types and delicious German rolls. And believe me, German rolls and bread are very, very tasty. The residents of Dowon have also recognized this, and every day the police officers from Dowon come by to enjoy a great breakfast. Due to the increased number of happy guests, the Le Petit Cafe had to carry out some renovation work.

The third high-rise is finished. This time on the Moaville property in the heart of Dowon. Ideal for my rotating playing style. The penthouse has two floors, like the other high-rises. There are elevators to the respective apartments, which are completely luxuriously furnished with bathrooms and living rooms with fireplaces. On the first floor, there is a large swimming pool with gym. Billiards and darts on the ground floor.
What is “annoying” once again is that the Zois are constantly running around with brooms and vacuum cleaners. When one Zoi is finished, the other Zois runs to the same spot and vacuums again 
.

My Zoi Own’s the Nom Nom. Had fun creating this buisness for my zoi’s.
Has dance floor and dj booth. Doubles as Lounge and Restaurant.
This build is still a work in progress as I’m adding a gaming cafe and extra dining area on the roof.

My latest building for 8 Zois, which took me several days to build and which I have just uploaded to Canvas. In my opinion, inZoi tends to focus on players who have been inactive for 43 days or more and no longer contribute anything to the community. But I’m glad that there is still an active creative community. I really enjoyed creating the large building again, and my Zois feel very comfortable there .
The penthouse has 2 floors. Each apartment has a bedroom, living room fireplaces, kitchen, bathroom, gym, billiard, darts, swimming pool, roof terrace with campfire, 2 king-size and 4 single beds. A penthouse in a high-rise building with a view of the skyline and a small surf shop near the beach.
What do you think was the first thing my Zois did when they moved in? That’s right, all of them started cleaning every floor of the newly constructed building with vacuum cleaners or brooms

The ‘It’s a Gas Gas Gas’ Station in Dowon
Owner of the gas station and the whole building is Wesley’s wayward Cousin Leonard, who’d bought the property cheap long before Dowon became the hip and crowded and overpriced place that it is now.
He started out with just the gas station + shop and while he himself lives in the small room behind the shop, he rented out the apartments he’d stacked above and invested the rent he earned right back into building the next story.
On the very top of the building is a little Oksang (annex) where Jack and Ji Ho lived for a while.
This is one of the three apartments. I didn’t put much effort in decorating because we only ever use the Oksang and the shop. But I like the view over Dowon, each of them offers, a lot.

A ladder leads even higher up to a little terrace. The view is stunning from here.
I’ve seen these Oksang a lot in K Dramas where they look far more run down, I got a bit carried away with this one, it looks way more fancy than planned ^^’

The name is inspired by the song ‘Jumping Jack Flash’ from the Rolling Stones.
This song is also featured in the absolutely awesome movie of the same title 'Jumping Jack Flash’ with Whoopie Goldberg.

I started a new save in Bliss Bay as I had to many dead-alive Zois in the old one. They seem not to be generated anymore but the exising ones are still too many after 2 generations 
So I had to start building new starter homes. Here is the first one:
