I’ve been dealing with irl stuff and unable to indulge in my zois - this was so fun scrolling through and seeing everyone’s wonderful creations! I can’t wait until I am back in the mindset - I found lots of inspiration in this thread.

Built another starter home for Bliss Bay today.
I must say after the changes they made for prices in the build mode that structures itself cost nothing it is now possible to build even quite big starter homes on the cheaper lots. Like here on 5151 Sunshine Avenue where the lot itself only costs 2,5k it is possible to build a furnished 3 Bedroom starter even with some decorations just in budget (8 Mew left 
)
Even on the more expensive lots it is now possible to build a bigger house and leave parts unfurnished for later.
Wow, I just found you on Canvas and gotta say, I’ll probably become a frequent visitor. Thanks to you and all the other builders for sharing your work. I know you’re putting hours into these houses and using them in my saves truly elevates the world.

Another building after many hours of construction for Bliss Bay, so that my Zois and perhaps also Zois from the community feel at home 
. Cozy country house, fully furnished and much more in Bliss Bay, 420 Kingsbury Court for 8 Zois. Billiards, darts, pool, basketball, fitness, office, large kitchen with bar area, game tested, and much more. 1 king-size bed and 6 single beds for the Zoi family.
I built this Cahaya Dream House several weeks ago, but needed to put final touches after some play-testing. I wanted to wait and upload it after it was shown in my Let’s Play series that it was a key part of (it’s a challenge where the family had to have at least 3 children and be able to buy the Dream House).
Here are some images I took of it, and it’s up on my Canvas profile now.
The front yard has a manicured lawn and a little rock garden.
The veranda wraps around from the front yard to the back.

It’s very lightly decorated and only includes 3 custom textures. That way, people can avoid bloat from textures they don’t want, and decorate the dream house to suit their personal tastes.
The house is designed to be enjoyed by playing with the walls up or partially up.
But the fireplace should only be considered decorative right now because a lit fire is an intense and strange orange colour, and the way light shines through walls makes the accent wall design light up oddly. I can’t wait until those to be improved and fixed (in the case of light passing through walls).
Air Asri Cahaya City Residence for 8 Zois. Cozy and fully furnished in the heart of this island paradise and so much more. Everything is designed to ensure that your Zois feels at home and have a pleasant stay or comfortable life on this estate. Pool, darts, billiards, bar, basketball, fitness, campfire for marshmellows, swimming, large kitchen, agricultural area, playtested and much more. 1 queen-size bed and 7 single beds.
And right away, all of my Zois start running around the house with a broom, constantly cleaning. I’m hoping for a mod that disables this feature if inZoi can’t get it under control.
Another starter house I built for Bliss Bay.
This is built to be affordable with the starter funds and that’s why the second floor is still empty and to be furnished later.I kind of always liked to build starter houses where you do not need to move out or build new right after the family decides to get a child. I rather build it as a starter home on the ground floor with the extension possibility already available on the seond floor.
And the secon floor has still a lot room for expansion - currently empty - while still being able to move into this house with the starter funds:
