I finished my remaster of the Junghwa Parkville property (you can find it on Canvas, if you want).
Someone laughed at me on the Discord (I guess they don’t find serious updating basic game properties) 
However, rather proud of the end result and it nonetheless took a few hours to expand the footprint to take every bit of room available (the house is bigger and more usable for large families). In this case I managed 12 bed spaces (though I needed 14), if we get bunk beds later I will fix it then. Twelve is large enough when playing with aging on anyways as by the time the 12th kid is born, 36 days will have passed since the oldest was born, and should be on the verge of leaving on his/her own for their own family… Worst case, a floor bed in the living room will do, haha. Also changed some furniture for better one (see larger table and double beds), changed put the washing room out of the bathroom and used the space for a shower and a bath, added more gym equipment and baby toys, and a few musical instrument. Ah yes, 4 easels on the front yard, gotta to keep Samuriko’s income source alive afterall !
The only flaw of that house is a single computer room, as I usually like 3 computers for a family of 8+ kids. But I guess they could have their own laptops and store it inside their inventories.

@Taibak really like your newest build. Such big houses take so long to build and sometimes feel so hard to fill but yours has turned out great and cozy again 
I also forced myself to build a really big villa on the big beachfront property in Bliss Bay (19 Oceanfront Drive). Took me quite a while to finish but I am quite happy with how it turned out.
It has a big and open kitchen / living / eating / family room on the ground floor with billiard and piano.
The house has 2 masterbedrooms with double beds and 2 kids rooms with 2 single beds each + 3 bathrooms (one on each floor).
5 terraces total with pool on the groundfloor terrace and gym, playground, party terraces further above. It has most of the hobby / skill equipment spread out through the entire house / garden / terraces as well as a separate working / hobby room on the ground floor.
@EllaEstella Thank you so much for your kind comment. I really like your villa, and I can imagine how many hours it takes to work on such a large building. The wonderful paintings are fantastic as well. Right now, I’d love to jump into the pool and relax.

lots of hours and it paid off.
Working on the same property now as well (19 Beachfront lane or w/e it’s called), for my 3 floor beach mansion.
It’s gonna take forever though, but eventually I’ll post it here.
So far only got the third floor made with all rooms, walls and floor style, but only 2 of it’s 12 rooms done 
At least my central stair case is done from first to third floor.
Looks like there’s going to be 16 bed spaces, but the 4 corner rooms that have queen’s beds are made for 3 lucky zois and another is the master bedroom for parents.
Very very long build… But one room at a time and we’ll get there !
