Only thing i can add to this is go into your shop settings and make sure that one of the things or two allowed for customers is to actually buy and eat the items , I had low sales until i realised in the business settings that it hadn’t been set for them to buy and eat the food

Well, that’s great, we figured it out. Business is such a thing that you can’t always predict how it works. But the game gives us initial skills, of course coinciding with real business (or almost real)
In the starting field of business, not everything is always convenient in the game, or maybe they’re deliberately confusing us so we try to set something up ourselves?
