As the title states: it is quite clear that you can earn money through paid lectures which are marked with the “+Profit”:
But how about the other lectures where you do not get money? In the in game Info Manual it is stated that you can improve the skills of your employees. Is it only for this? Or does it any good also for customers, like increase satisfaction or give your shop reputation or anything? So is there basically any benefit to offer also the free lectures to customers or not? I mean this option:
