Steps to Reproduce: try to give lectures to your customers during business hours and the action fails because “the Zois are engaged in another activity” not every time but often, even if the customers are just sitting around and doing nothing.

When you try to give lectures in your business the action now often fails with the notice on the screen “The other Zoi is currently engaged in another activity”. See screenshot. -
This is also the case when the Zois are just sitting around and obviously not engaged in another activity like these 2 who I selected for the lecture:

This is new and was not the case prior the birthday update. This makes it very hard to even give lectures in your business as it is more a try and error now. The action fails more often than it succeeds which makes this part of the business very annoying.
