I would really love to see appreciating and depreciating home prices. Houses could go in either direction based on the location and the city’s changing conditions. I like the fact that we can change the city’s conditions like cleanliness, stray cats, decorations and more, but it lacks realism. One way the game can improve on this feature is by letting the simulation decide the cities future rather than always the player. Crime, infrastructure maintenance, FDI investments, cleanliness and more could play a role on how your property’s price will change.
Additionally, i would love to see actions like day trading, and overall better investment mechanism , like a dedicated app on your phone or computer, where you can have an actual balance that constantly changes. Right now, i have noticed that investing is just a one time payment with a one time consequences. I would also love to be able to decide how much to invest and how often, daily, weekly, monthly or even less frequent options.
