Same issue here. My Zoi’s keep trying to stand by the washer trying to wash their clothes, and won’t do anything else but keep trying to wash their clothes to a point I keep having to cancel the action.
here to “me too” this issue. Child’s clothes will not wash.

This issue was fixed in v0.3.4.
Fixed an issue where doing “Ask to Do Laundry” as a child Zoi would not actually clean the clothes
However, the following issue is still under investigation and remains on the Known Issues list.
At the Bumi Indah House property, when a child Zoi tries to use the washing machine, the message “Another Zoi is using it” appears even when it is not in use.
We’ll provide an update here as soon as we have more information!

After the 0.3.4 hotfix cannot use any washing machine at Cahaya. No white outline appears, no interactions appear. Not sure if related but this happened after my Zoi rented accommodation at the resort. When he returned to his home on the main island, that’s when I noticed the issue.
- Tried deleting in Build Mode and buying a new one – no luck.
- Tried saving game, exiting to Lobby and loading save – no luck.

Edit: Followup – my Zoi had a meet up with his girlfriend, went to the farm store to buy some seeds, came home and started his garden, and now the washing machine works! Got the white outline and the interaction. I have no idea which of those actions, if any, caused the washing machine to reset, but he’s happy he’s got clean clothes again (so is the girlfriend 
).

Thank you! This fixed the issue for me. I am not the OP of this topic so I can’t speak for them, but my child zoi have clean clothes now.
