I have the same issue… I do the laundry everyday but my child is still dirty…

  • Details (Providing reproduction steps helps us): I can’t use washer in CAHAYA after DLC update. but sometimes i can use washer in other place (not CAHAYA) when i move in bless bay or dowon. also, i’m korean. it is upset, i wanna wash my cloth. why don’t you fix the error? please check on it.

yeah me either, cant use any version of the washing machine. Just brings up no outline on the machine. My zoi is not happy cause her clothes are dirty

I have the same issue! Childs clothes are still dirty after washing in the washing machine. They will keep asking for their clothes to be washed and fails to be cleaned.

My washing machine won’t work at all. Tried different placements, different washers, and it won’t let me click on it to wash laundry. I don’t know what else to do.

  • Details (Providing reproduction steps helps us): Unable to interact with laundry machine. Tried moving it into a wide open space, deleting then adding again, clearing cache, etc. Still cannot interact with the laundry machine at all.

Confirmed that the bug is only in Cahaya. Laundry works in other cities.

As mentioned in the Known Issues notice, we’ve confirmed the laundry-related issues you all reported.
Thanks to the detailed information you shared, we were able to identify them quickly. :psycat_thumbsup:

We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update once a fix is applied.

  • Current Known Issues

    • When a child Zoi is asked to do laundry, children’s clothes are not washed.
    • At the Bumi Indah House property, when a child Zoi tries to use the washing machine, the message “Another Zoi is using it” appears even when it is not in use.
