First of all, congratulations! I think this DLC is really good—I’m honestly loving both the DLC and the game itself (I just bought it recently). I’ll definitely recommend it whenever I can!
Now, I’d like to share some suggestions that I think could work really well for the map and the new mechanics that are being introduced. Regardless of whether I win or not, I truly believe the first three would be very useful:
-
Collectible Storage: So far, I haven’t found anything that works this way. I recommend it because, when searching for resources, collecting minerals, and gathering tools to sell later, it can be quite tedious to place them one by one throughout the house. For example, if you have 50 common stones, they’ll add weight to your bag, and leaving them somewhere in the house is very inconvenient. I think a specific barrel or chest for storing these types of items would be very useful.
-
Fruit or vegetable crates: Talking about this with a friend, we thought it would be great to have a way to bundle agricultural products—similar to how the money stack works. For instance, if you collect a certain amount of the same fruit, you could turn them into a crate of produce. This crate could then be sold at the stall, so instead of selling each fruit individually, you’d just sell the crate.
-
Portable sales mat: In this case, it would be nice if Zoi could put the sales mat into their bag and place it wherever they want to sell products, without having to edit the city layout.
-
Tour guide job: This might be a bit more ambitious, but it could be fun to have a job where you start by walking around with a small group of Zois, showing them shops, animals, or interesting places in the city. As you level up, you could then take them around by car or boat, and eventually unlock guiding tours at the resort—earning more tips and a higher base salary since it’s a more luxurious location.
In this case the Zois can give you as a tip money, coins for the resort or maybe items too
That’s all I’ve come up with so far! Thank you for the great work you’ve done, and for taking the time to read this.
