When I try to upload something to Canvas, I get these messages.
It doesn’t matter if it’s a Zoi or an outfit, it won’t let me upload anything, giving me those two errors, but I can download things. The problem isn’t any textures or images, since if I try to upload a basic Zoi with an accessory removed, it won’t let me either.
It’s a bit frustrating not being able to share my creations with the community. Thank you so much for your time.
I moved to Cahaya and created a plot. I saved the plot and wanted to put it in Canvas, but I get the error E04, I used basic objects and textures. When I wanted to put this plot on another plot, it turns out that the plot is very far away. What to do?
When you say basic textures and objects, do you mean 3d objects created through the 3d printer? Can you provide a screenshot of the error E04? I think that would help us help you.
I’m able to upload some things, but not others. I’m running into the “failed to upload (E04)” error and “missing dependencies” when I try to post a few of the Island Getaway DLC outfit sets.
I’m having problems with these two outfits for sure (I haven’t tried uploading all the new outfits).
With the Bohemian-style top and skirt, I cannot upload any variant of it (customized or default).
With the outfit that has a bikini top and a long skirt, there are three variants with leopard-print on the skirt, and all other variants have a waistband that cannot be customized. I can’t upload any of the first three variants that have leopard-print skirt (customized or default). I am able to upload the variants that have waistband we can’t customize. I had one pattern that went well with one of those waistbands, so I uploaded that to Canvas, but most of those waistbands are colours that don’t appeal to me and aren’t likely to match anything I would create. I prefer the leopard-print skirts that can be customized with one texture or colour that’s applied to the waistband and the skirt.
I really want to be able to share the unique styles I’ve made for these outfits.
Hi there! I had this happen to me before and what I did to finally be able to upload was to save only the face preset, get out of CAZ, come back into CAZ and then put the face preset into a new body and redoing body shape, outfits, etc. Maybe it won’t work for you but I wanted to share in case it helps
Wow, thank you so much! I just did a quick test with the first outfit in the screenshots I posted. I recoloured it and added a texture for the skirt, but didn’t add any accessories because I was just testing your suggestion. I set it to publish private, and it actually went through!
In the screenshot, the model zoi was an existing zoi preset, so perhaps that’s why it was failing? I want to upload a zoi that wears one of the custom outfits I want to share, so I guess the best thing I can do for that is check the body settings for the zoi and try to recreate the body at the same time as the outfit.
