Hey I have a question about a problem with me downloading stuff from Canvas!

I downloaded severeal zois faces clothes and seems they have errors in character creator or new game some stuff looks broken or worse. an example is this this particular one I am having trouble with

Mods: from what I can see I have none never went into Mod section or main menu (all I did was download these from canvas) but what I did get is this Girl - inZOI Canvas I did not install any mods just downloaded from canvas multiple stuff

GPU: Mobile/Laptop 4080

I downloaded a bunch of inzoi skins and faces and zoi presets from Canvas from multiple users and I noticed a few were broken or looked like my post that one is an example and the clothes are not there at all or the hair style even… I was giving an example with the zoi I picked.

1.Download zoi

go to creative studio to create zoi
select the preset and that is when it looks broken as an adult and as an child with no clothes

notice the screen turns a pink color when I go to creative studio th first time I load the game

I will try an update to see if it fixes it. believe it or not i never played inzoi since I had it as launch I waited on updates it is this month earlier in the week when I began testing it out.

I will update my driver then report.

this is the games version I assume?

this does not come with full clothes from stuff like from here

it looks like this one young adult with no clothes but when it is on child which it seems it should be it looks like this with no clothes.

so what should I do to fix this problem am I missing a step. I downloaded a lot of female zois and I noticed some stuff is messed up for some or not or bugs happen and the hair on everyone is pink and it does not switch over or such. when I switch to apply a new zoi character or some are okay but others not.

what do I do? or what am I doing wrong?
