Hi @Heily,
To better understand the issue you’re experiencing, could you please provide the following details:
You mentioned that your creation still appears in Canvas, but the character data is missing. I assume the data you’re referring to might be the Zoi preset’s face, hair, or outfits. Could you let us know which specific creation this occurred with?
You also mentioned that after downloading it to your PC, the data disappeared. Could you please share a reproduction video of this behavior?
fyi. The inZOI Forums currently support English only.
If you’d like, you can also reach out to us through our Customer Support page in your preferred language. We appreciate your understanding and thanks again for being part of inZOI!
In-game, I created a Zoi using ‘Zoi Creation Mode’ and uploaded it to the Canvas. After exiting, I logged in on another PC with the same account and tried to download it, but it only shows “Downloading…” and never completes.
On the PC where I created and uploaded the Zoi, I checked the folders:
inZOI\Creations\MyAppearances
inZOI\Canvas\MyAppearances
but the data for the created Zoi doesn’t exist in either location.
It seems the data was lost and not saved properly.
This is not about Zoi presets like face/hair/clothing — the actual Zoi character data itself is missing, as if I never created it.
When you create a Zoi and upload it to Canvas, the Zoi preset is not saved as a local file.
If you’d like to save a Zoi you created as a local file, you’ll need to click the save button in CAZ.
In that case, it will be stored in inZOI\Creations\MyAppearances.
※The folder inZOI\Canvas\MyAppearances stores creations downloaded from Canvas.
As for the issue where only the “Downloading…” message is displayed and never completes, please double-check the login accounts on both PCs are the same.
Of course, I saved the preset.
I saved the preset and uploaded it to the Canvas, but as I mentioned before, none of the data remained.
This error still hasn’t been resolved.
As a workaround, the only way to download it is to upload to the Canvas as public.
If it’s uploaded as private, the download doesn’t work at all and all the data is lost.
We received feedback from my Creators who were inconvenienced by being unable to download private uploads.
We’re now fixed this issue, so you can download your own creations even if they were uploaded as private.
