Here are some proposal for ways Zois can make money rather than needing a job or going on welfare alongside some possible business ideas.

  1. Thrifting. This is basically going to markets/stores and either buying/bargaining items and purchasing at a low cost to then resell in your own store or pocket market or even setting up your own shop at markets (Sortve already possible ingame)

  2. Investment Banking (Correct me if this is already ingame) - Ability to start a investment account that when putting in funds into the account, overtime will either make or break your financial position. The game doesnt need to be extremely technical with some of these aspects but things like High Yield Savings Accounts, Investment account, loans for buying cars, retirement fundings and grants, some of these ideas could help add a fairly decent but basic banking system, giving banks an actual purpose other than just storing money

  3. Night markets and events: The ability to signup for renting booths/stalls to be able to sell your own crafts/produce. This is already somewhat in the game but this can be expanded on with stalls for food and different types of treats. One of the highlights about night markets is the vast amounts of foods you can purchase and try out, from weird stuff like bugs and insects to good stuff like crepes, cotton candy and more! I’d love to see this play out where Zoi’s need to actually make the stuff there or pre-make them and pack them so they can go to the stalls/booths and sell them. Things like clothing designs and paintings, craftings and more! These features are already somewhat existing but could use some improvements ofcourse. Thailand night markets is one of the best examples of these and where you could maybe get the best possible inspirations

  4. Buying a vending machine and placing it on lots that you own will have an option to “Allow Selling”. This will make that vending machine to sell items to other Zoi’s and the funds gained will go to the owner of the lot. To make it more robust, allowing the stocks in the vending machine to run out can be done thus making vending machine an entire business on its own and needing to restock each that goes empty.
