[New Engine 5.6] Business settings do not save properly

    • Game Version: New Engine 5.6

    • Platform: Steam windows.

    • Mods: :round_pushpin:NO MODS.

    • Hardware Specifications & Operating System: Windows 11, 11th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-11700F @ 2.50GHz (2.50 GHz), NVidia RTX 3060, 16 GB RAM, 1T (200 GB FREE).

    • Steps to Reproduce: Buy a business and set your business settings. Click “save”, click “complete”. Go back to business settings: the business didn’t save.

  • Details:
    :round_pushpin:When adjusting your business settings, the information is erased and you have to set it back. This causes the business to not run properly. For example, I set my business to caffee and my customers to do certain actions, but both the “cafe” information and the newly added customer actions get erased even after I have properly click “save” and “complete”.

  • This has happened in Blissbay, in a propery called 374 Finetide Street. I haven’t tried it in a different property but I will later to add to this post.

I have tried a different business, different kind property (Ocean Avenue) and keeping the game ready building instead of downloading anything from Canvas. The glitch persists. It seems like at least “customer actions” gets saved, but the rest, including business hours, just resets when you open the business management menu.

I see! This bug is truly frustrating. In my case, I have an employee and the employee settings did save properly, but the rest of the settings just keep getting reset. It’s disappointing to see that such an issue persists in the new engine version. It’s impacting the buisiness completely because if I cannot save it as a “Cafe”, people come but they don’t but the coffees my employees make. They simply sit down, wait around and go home.

Persistent problem even in the “old” version of the game…

And why do the settings automatically switch to “customized” when I modify the restaurant menu? Come on, Krafton!
