Could it be that they are referring to actual property presets on commercial venues rather than new business venues? Because I don’t recall seeing this preset before.
Oh, I thought that presets might mean buildings, not lots, but I didn’t find anything in Build Studio, and it got me confused. They probably aren’t showing up in Build Studio for some reason. like the buildings from Cahaya dlс, as I noticed now
Oh, maybe? So I just checked all 3 worlds again to look at the property presets. If this is what they meant, I do not have 5 new property presets for Dowon / 6 new property presets for Bliss Bay or 1 new property preset for Cahaya. Each world only has 1 property present that I believe was already there before.
So I checked building presets and also property presents on the map, to make sure I wasn’t confusing the 2 things.
Showing 6 businesses available on my map and no new preset buildings in construction mode.
I thought it was just me and my spouse as we play side by side on our pc’s. Wanted to add to this bug report and say my maps match the screenshots above.
Just checked and can confirm all your replies. Maybe the devs are referring to individual business presets per city? For example: Bliss Bay offers 6 business lots and they added the preset originally used for each lot to the preset category? I didn’t check whether the original preset was already in the presets because I bought the only lot I own back when Winter Update launched. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
Hi everyone (@here)!
Regarding the “Business Preset” mentioned in the recent hotfix notes, just to clarify, this doesn’t refer to a newly added property on the map itself, so you won’t see any changes in the City Map view.
As Bernie mentioned, it refers to Property Presets that can be applied via Edit Property.
For example, the property at 2234 Sunset Harbor Wei now has the Electric Night Club preset available.
