In the family where my children grew up and are now going to school, a babysitter has started appearing again. There’s no one else to take care of them, so he eats food from the fridge, sleeps on the couch, or takes over the computer. When I ask him to leave, he comes back after a few hours.
we’re too used to the sims, but in real life it’s completely normal for a 6-11 year old to have a babysitter and not be alone at home (even if they don’t need her care and can manage on their own). what I’d like is for kids to be more dependent, maybe babysitters could help them with homework and cook for them
In some countries like the UK it is illegal to leave children alone until at least mid to late teens , My only issue is that babysitters should leave once an adult comes home not have to be told to leave , I have also had it where it says a babysitter is there but there isnt one
In the photo, you can see the children’s mother in the background, who didn’t go out anywhere that day. If the caregiver was looking after the children, for example helping them with their homework, I would accept that situation. But the problem is that the caregiver comes at random times, e.g. at night when everyone is home. Out of desperation, my Zoi seduced this caregiver and now he lives with the family as her partner. 
I’m waiting to see if the next caregiver will show up.
