I’ll just add to this thread of discussion. “Bad” character traits are really USELESS!
By the way, I wrote a similar post, though in a slightly different way. I asked the developers to give logic and meaning to the stupid ambition of the Notorious Villain.
This ambition is suitable for the “Rulebreaker (Outlaw)” trait.
Zoi can get an achievement “Cartoon Villain” and 300 meow coins, if “be arrested and detained in prison 5 times” 
That is, there is no practical benefit from this ambition, as well as from the character trait itself!
