Details:
Lighting’s totally busted with orangey/distorted colors. Unable to fix. I have tried reinstalling, clearing shaders, clearing caches, switching multiple settings off (Including RTX) and nothing works.

Similar issues have been reported a while ago. Please take a look at this thread and check if there’s a step you haven’t tried mentioned in there: Inzoi lobby and saves are green like polarized after December update. 
Judging by the glitched colors in your screenshots, I’d assume it’s a GPU issue. Maybe do a complete, clean install once more?

Yep. I had to reinstall my drivers for some reason, weird lol. Thanks for the help.
