I think you should try all the steps mentioned in this official crash guide, but especially the step about clearing your shaders: Resolving Crash Issues After the Latest Update

Those green and red effects usually indicate that something about your GPU’s shaders isn’t completely fine. This doesn’t have to be a major issue though. If you try the steps from the guide above and the lights still remain odd, please check the newest GPU driver updates and consider to re-install the latest again. Sometimes they tend to get a little messy.
