For Sims 3, you can download a separate program that allows you to create your own cities. You can decide whether your city will have roads, rivers, trees, and public buildings. This is a great feature. It can be used for various storylines. For example, if you’re playing as ancient humans, you can create a world without roads or buildings. I would love to see a similar feature available in the future (perhaps not soon, but someday).

Yes please!! I thought this was what they were planning for canvastown but kjun’s described it as a way to “share stories” a few times so now I’m a little confused. I hope they give us this one day!!
