I think a new city I would want is a Japanese city style let me know what u think!
A city in Japanese style looks wonderful. But I think the next one should be a town where all seasons are fully represented. Something more northern.
Many players are missing rain and snow in Bliss Bay. In Cahaya, practically nothing changes due to the seasons at all, except that NPCs change into warm clothes in winter. So the new city should have something with full winter-autumn-spring. And only then would I be happy to see Japan. Although I’m not opposed at all to seeing not one, but two cities at the same time - both the “Japanese” one and the one “with seasons”

That’s right, it should be a city from Europe. From its northern part: England, Germany, Denmark, etc. There may be a city from the Scandinavian countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway. But the countries where all 4 seasons are very saturated and contrasting are England, the Northern Part of France, Germany, Poland, and Russia.
As a European resident, I’m in favor of a European city. Among Asian cities, there’s already Deyung, which I really love and mainly play in. I’m tired of American cities in the Sims. I’m really hoping for something in the style of Central Europe
.
I kinda wish they would add japan, but am not asian. But european cities would be great and i would strongly suggest ITALY, FRANCE, SPAIN or GERMANY so far, what do u think?
A would love a traditional japanese town, maybe one by the sea. I would also love if they added something more european. Old town style cities like Paris, Viena, Berlin or Lisbon would be a great addition and add something new. I’m all up for either!
I truly believe that if a new city is going to be added to the game, it should be Istanbul — a place where Europe and Asia meet and blend into one unique identity. Istanbul is not just a city; it’s a bridge between continents, cultures, and histories. From its vibrant streets to its rich heritage, it offers an atmosphere unlike anywhere else in the world.
Adding Istanbul would bring incredible diversity, architectural beauty, and cultural depth to the game. Players could experience a city where modern life and tradition coexist, where every corner tells a different story. It would create a dynamic and immersive environment that perfectly reflects the spirit of connection and discovery.
I would love to see Istanbul become part of the game world, representing unity, history, and a truly global experience.![]()
Yes Istanbul
Yes, but we are talking about a city where the seasons will be all contrasting. Mud and rain in spring and autumn. In winter, snow and cold. And Istanbul doesn’t fit that at all.
I think @HamzaTR is more talking about “wishes”. What I meant is a higher probability of appearance, from the perspective of developers wanting to bring cities with seasonal changes.
However, they could make conditional Istanbul or Kyoto, but at the same time make a full winter in them - it’s a game, there are no obstacles to this ![]()
By the way, there was a very good hint (BUT THE INFORMATION IS OUTDATED, SO THE PLANS HAVE LIKELY CHANGED), about what the next city will most likely be. This is from observations by @GDfromRivendell. It was supposed to be something from latitudes where lavender grows. Currently, France is the main hub for it, so it’s quite likely that a reference to these places was planned. Personally, I would be delighted! “Voir Paris et mourir”, as they say ![]()
Although lavender can be alpine, of course, but we’re unlikely to get that.
There are towns in Japan (mainly in the north) that get snow. But to be honest, I wouldn’t worry too much about which city is or should be next. I think we should just let the developers know what we’d like to see at some point and let the developers decide what should come next.
Mentions of DLC02 were removed from the modkit in the very next update after Canvastown was announced, so it’s better to strike that information from the proofs.
About the Japanese town: it’s perfectly fine, but I don’t think the devs would choose it as the first option. in the anniversary survey, Pets x Country Life might win, so I’d bet on an Alpine region or Kansas with large fields.
Even so? That’s a shame, of course, France would have been very nice from the point of view of vegetation, and architecture, and the change of seasons… But thank you for the information.
I won’t delete it entirely since we were talking about it anyway, but I’ll try to correct the message ![]()
yes, unfortunately. maybe not exactly France, but if people vote for a mountainous Alpine region, I’ll support it. same for the American plains and ranches.
I believe that dedicating all of 2027 to expansions focused on pets, horses, and full‑scale farming ,while also adding two new worlds
- one flatter with a US‑style small town, extensive farmlands, ranches, heavy machinery, trains and off‑road gameplay
- another more mountainous with forests, waterfalls, snowcaps, a high‑altitude village, off‑the‑grid living, camping areas, and a more tourist/sports‑oriented gameplay
Yeah, good idea but it would be greater if it was both traditional and modern like an island one part full of nature and tradition and the other one modern with anime and other cool billboards that give the Japanese vibe with Japanese cc. And 4 Europe i think Valencia would be great…

That would be fine of course! I’m kind of hopeful for something a bit more countryside, since we already have two modern cities, but any new city would get me excited!
