Not a major bug, but a minor issue with the active Reporter career (and I assume also other careers involving computer interactions).
When at work, my zoi is often blocked from fulfilling computer-based interactions (which most of the Press career actions are) by colleagues sitting in her seat. I don’t recall this being an issue in the pre-existing active careers, in later builds at least.
She can only use her own pc to work, and the same may be true for npc staff members, but they can and will sit in her place if it is a convenient location to talk to another zoi or read a book. This ideally needs tweaking as it is frustrating - the zoi cannot be moved and no job tasks can be completed until they move of their own accord.
