Mods: (Choose one: never used / removed / active) If you have used mods before, please list them: (outfits and hair mods i have added and removed a lot. Do you need every mod name and creators?)
When I load game everything works but when I get to the main page it just freeze for hour. I have to shut game down. I have restarted and redownloaded.
Thank you for sharing this issue with us Would you please fill out the report form (from your own post above) with the required info, e.g. Game Version, Hardware Specs, etc.? Without the additional info, we can’t properly try to find a solution for your issue, unfortunately. Thank you for understanding
I have filled out the form. Just a little more information. I have played on this system since the demo and only had a little issues, but ilI have never ha d this one before. I have removed my mods and creation, I have restarted and reinstall the game but keep coming back to this.(picture)
Your GPU is very likely causing the freeze or at least plays a major role, because it offers only 4GB, while the minimum requirements for inZOI are at least 6GB. The main menu, especially when loading in for the first time in a play session, is very demanding for any setup.
Do you happen to have (depending on the brand of your GPU) the NVIDIA App / your GPU’s equivalent installed? If you do, did you already try to set the game’s settings to very low within this app? Due to the missing 2GB, it might not help, but it’s the only potential help I know of atm.
I have a Rog Ally Z1 handheld but I have never had this issue. My game can play on medium setting for the game. UECC-20260527.12759.W-285328-C6FC86F1475F07A188BACDA4B7BAD537 crashreport Client say if it is any help.
Thanks! That crash report ID may help the devs, but the text you pasted is only the crash reporter config, not the actual error.
Since you’re on a ROG Ally Z1, the most likely causes are VRAM/RAM pressure, AMD handheld driver instability, or UE5/DX12 crashing before/while loading the world. inZOI’s listed minimum GPU target is around RTX 2060 / RX 6600 XT with 6GB VRAM, so the Ally is below the official desktop minimum even if it sometimes runs.
Try this:
Update AMD/ASUS graphics drivers through Armoury Crate/MyASUS, not only Windows Update.
Set VRAM in Armoury Crate/BIOS to 6GB or 8GB if available.
Use Turbo mode, plugged in.
Run at 720p, low settings, FSR/performance mode, cap to 30 FPS.
Check whether OpenCL, OpenGL and Vulkan Compatibility Pack is installed in Windows Apps and uninstall it; this has caused crashes on ROG Ally/portable devices in other games.
For devs/support, send the actual log files from: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\inZOI\Saved\Logs
and the crash folder if it exists: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\CrashReportClient\Saved\Crashes
Just wanted to come back and say I deleted all these files ( D3DSCache, Inzoi, CrashReportClient, CrashDumps, cache, BlueClient, and Steam) in %localappdata% and now it works so far. This is what worked for me.
Hi when switching characters i get always endless long loading bar
its been for months now and ive tried annything, i really hate when that happens because the game gets stuck on that loading bar ! Pleas can this be fixed ? after so many hotfix this still happens, to me the loading bar with switching characters is unnecessary !
