my screen freezing to the main menu after launch and I am unable to play

Hi team, I am having difficulties playing Inzoi since whenever I launch the game I am unable to go pass the main menu of the game without it freezing on the spot.

so far I have done these and still the same issue

-removing mods inside the folder + mod save and relocated to a different folder (suggested by the team to another user) (also I used to have a lot of mods but I have deleted them from inside the MOD folder and the mod menu in game and it never used to freeze my game I have also check for corrupted mods and have deleted them previously via ingame and modsave and mod files so I don’t think that mods are the issue.)

-removing cache of my game drivers

-uninstalling and reinstalling game drivers

-installing and reinstalling the game

-verified the integrity of the game (did this many times the integrity was good)

-clearing PSO cache

-checking for filters and Overlays (so far I have seen none when I do Alt+Z to check my game settings via NVIDIA)

-Updating my game drivers and my PC and still the same issue

I have been doing this for 4 months and still the issue persist even when the game is fully updated I don’t know what is the issue can you guys help?

Samething is happening to my inzoi game on Pc as well after the update. I hope they can fix it because I tried everything and still nothing

I also have it only in the game itself after maybe a few minutes

i’m also having this issue after the latest update! the game worked well Thursday through Sunday, but when loading again today, it freezes on the main menu without any options for settings or loading a save. I have to exit through Steam, and can’t find a solution yet

Mines is having the same issue. I have tried everything I have been playing since lunch now it just freezes, on main screen. I even tried with technical told me to do and it’s still not working.

Just wanted to come back and say I deleted all these files ( D3DSCache, Inzoi, CrashReportClient, CrashDumps, cache, BlueClient, and Steam) in %localappdata% and now it works so far.

Ill try that to see if that works also.

@sunnysim28 Thanks for the suggestion, I tried this but it didn’t help unfortunately. After 5mins of running the game froze then crashed

Hey guys, thanks to all of you for sharing your experiences with this bug too. Please let the devs know as much of your device’s specs as possible. This might help to identify a possible cause. Thank you in advance :folded_hands:

My device specs are 32.0gb installed ram,8gb of graphics card storage 954gb
