i know someone already talked about adding an apartment management in inzoi where zois can own an apartment and manage them, maybe sell out the ground floor to different shops!
but also, i want them to add the ability to rent out rooms from your own house! if you have additional rooms you can just rent them out either in daily weekly or monthly fees to other zois from other households!
or how about owning a residential business! a private floor for you with a bunch of rooms for rent (not a hotel but for long term staying) i can’t remember what they call that!
