Can't pass job interview at all.

Basically what the title says. I have the needed skills maxed out, I do the recommended actions and yet still can’t get a job. I already looked online and can’t see anyone saying anything similar.

Welcome back to the forums! What jobs was your zoi applying to and what were the skills needed for the position? Are you in Cahaya, Blissbay or Dowon?

Hi,
Here are the things that I do that ensure a job offer each time:

  • I arrive earlier than the 5pm time slot where it auto teleports me and esnure my zoi is in a great mood with little to no negative moodlets
  • socializing with the interviewer before (and even after) selecting the related interview prompts also helps; I try to get them close to/at friend level and definitely get them some business relationship (at least to colleague or higher)
  • I make sure my zoi has rhetoric and charm levels up to at least 3 or higher (I did note you mentioning the needed skills were maxed but just in case anyone else needs help w this)
  • I also try to do a lot of business or skilled related social interactions that have the rhetoric/charm icons next to them (such as ‘speak logically’, ‘discuss goals’, ‘share practical know-how’, 'share ___ tips", etc)
  • sometimes the event-related prompts you click play on in the event tab (like "discuss work history, can still have a bit of a negative outcome but I don’t think it’s entirely in our control. I partly think it may depend on what your zoi has done as far as their actual work history, ambition progress, etc for those prompts but I might be wrong; either way it doesn’t always have a positive reaction but its ok

I notice that I only fail job interviews when my zoi has low charm and/or rhetoric, immediately jumps into prompts without trying to “break the ice” by socializing with the interview, and has some low needs/negative moodlets while attending the interview. I think only one time have I had a failure with high skills I had my zoi work on prior, which is why I think socializing + great mood helps :sun_with_face:
