Zoi information markers not displayed

Sometimes while playing, I visit other city families through the map. After returning to my game family, the markers of all Zoi disappear, whether they are pedestrians or family members. In the screenshot, you can see a Zoi with a white border, and their name and age are not displayed (to fix this I have to exit to the lobby, and everything works upon returning), but if I take control of any city Zoi at school and then return to mine — everything is fine. Perhaps many of you have encountered this but didn’t pay attention to it.

Sorry to hear you have encountered this in the game. I don’t have a solution, but a suggestion …

Can you please change the post title to something appropriate such as

“Zoi information markers are not displayed”

For inspiration, read the patch notes for fixed bugs and “July Known Issues” on how bug post titles should be worded.

Bug posts in these forums are read by AI and not humans on the Inzoi support staff. (It is not practical for Inzoi developers or support staff to manually read, understand and sort hundreds of posts). If the post title and information is ambiguous, the post is most likely ignored and will stay in the forum forever.

Inappropriate wording, unnecessarily large quantity of text, misplaced humor – all these are probable reasons for the large amount of bug reports (and hundreds of wishlists) being ignored by the AI on this forum.

Hope this bug gets noticed and is resolved.

I’ve changed the title as suggested by @DivineManifest for better visibility. The forum isn’t showing it properly on my end, but hopefully on yours :smiley:

@tatyana-gold you can of course always change the title to whatever you think suits the issue better :folded_hands:

I really loathe this bug, since the update it seems to happen every 20 mins of gameplay now if you change between household members in different parts of the city… and yes the only way to bring it back is to go to lobby and back that is highly annoying but it’s the same with missing water you have to go to lobby and back I don’t understand why this fixes it and nothing else does that doesn’t require you to leave your current game.
