Critical Save Bug: Player Household Permanently Disappeared After Creating a Second Household in Cahaya

  • **Steps to Reproduce:
    **

    1. Created Household B in Cahaya.

  • 2. Played Household B for several days.

  • 3. Built a house, developed the business, and progressed skills.

  • 4. Used **Edit City → Create Household** to create Household A in the same Cahaya save.

  • 5. Both households coexisted normally and even knew each other.

  • 6. Continued playing Household A and saved the game multiple times.

  • 7. The following day, I attempted to switch back to Household B.

  • 8. Household B had completely disappeared.

  • Please provide the entire save file(s) from the date when the issue occurred.

    Current Result:

    • Household B no longer appears in Manage Households.
    • Household B no longer appears in the Soul Panel.
    • Household B members disappeared from every relationship list.
    • Household B’s house is now occupied by randomly generated NPCs.
    • Household B’s business has been taken over by another NPC.
    • It is as if Household B never existed.

    Additional Information:

    • This occurred in the Cahaya world.
    • Household B existed and functioned normally the day before.
    • The next day, the household had completely disappeared.
    • I checked all available Auto Saves, but Household B was already missing from every one of them.
    • I also checked the SaveGames backup folders but could not find any backup containing Household B after its progression.
    • Household B’s portrait image still exists inside the SaveGames folder, suggesting that the character data may still exist while the household/save data has been lost.
    • I lost several days of gameplay and ultimately had to recreate Household B from an older save.
    • I found that Household B’s portrait image still exists inside the SaveGames folder, but all household data appears to be missing.
    • I did not delete Household B, move them to another city, or merge them with another household. The household simply disappeared from the save file while Household A remained completely intact.

    Possible Cause:

    This issue may be related to creating and switching between multiple player-created households in the same Cahaya save using Edit City → Create Household.

    Since both households coexisted normally before the issue occurred, I believe there may be an issue with household management or save data.

    Please investigate this issue, as it results in the permanent loss of a player household and all of its progress.
