This is another thing that annoys me. Whenever my zoi needs to go to the bathroom, 9 times out of 10, they’ll use one thats the furthest from them, even if theres a toilet or shower right in front of them. All of my zois have their own bathroom and I’d like for them to stop going to other zois rooms to use showers/baths/toilets, and only use it if thats the closest option.

Normally most houses have only one bathroom and everyone uses the same bathroom.?

Most houses in real life have one or two bathrooms, but I put at least 3 in my builds to speed up operations 
and avoid the embarrassed reaction of the Sims

If they are married or engaged there is no problem with them using the same bathroom.

Kjun mentioned that there will be an option to assign rooms later. Per example if a teen Zoi has its own room, it can be assigned to them and you can set up, who is allowed to enter. I suppose this function can also be used for bathrooms then

I know but I like my zois living in mansions/penthouses with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. One half bathroom by the living room, and then 1 bathroom for each of the bedrooms. My zois are bougie and spoiled asf. Living the lifestyle I wish for.

Well, I live in an apartment, but I have a bathroom with a toilet, and a separate toilet. Very convenient!
But the thing is, now Zoe can easily decide to go outside and move to the neighboring building, thinking it’s easier for him to reach the toilet that way.
Or, for instance, I have a Zoe living in Bliss Bay, also in an apartment. And recently he decided that the best option for him is to take a snack from the fridge and eat it not at the table in the apartment, but to go out to the landing by the lift, sit down on a bench in the hall and have a snack there.
So clearly, setting reasonable priorities for choosing a place to sit, sleep, and use the toilet is necessary

My friend in real life there isn’t a separate bathroom for every person. But of course that can happen in the game.

Well, if you set that goal, you can have 2 or even 3 bathrooms per family member. A child is born — you immediately add 3 extra bathrooms, one on each floor. It’s a matter of desire and finances
