I have no 3d objects, or any mods into the house i am trying to upload, but i keep getting this error.

Hi @nova91, the same thing happened to me in one of my houses. It’s usually due to a texture conflict. For example, I had applied a solid color texture to a window that was no longer in my texture folder and I couldn’t see it (*it could be something else, I’m just giving you an example).

You need to restore the objects and construction where textures are applied. My method was a bit tedious but effective. First, I saved a copy of the house and backed it up, and then I started deleting everything in parts and testing uploading it in private mode (room by room, then just the roof, the facade… it took me several attempts to get it right).

Once I was able to upload it without that part, I knew that was the specific area where there was a problem. In my case, it was a window. In the damaged area, we first restore each element (photo) and then apply new colors and textures again.

Hope this helps and you manage to fix it.

I had that happen too. And even though the message said it was a texture error, it turned out it wasn’t! The podium I had placed under the house was to blame. I figured it out by deleting each item one by one. So it’s basically a bug in the “error message”.

Is this podium 3D printed?

No of course not, it’s a regular podium (or whatever it’s called otherwise) from build mode. I redesigned it and everything loaded.
This happened with this house.

I can confirm that it’s due to artificial textures. :slightly_smiling_face: They all have artificial textures here. When the game’s own textures are used this problem doesn’t occur.

No. I already told you that it’s related to the podium under the house. When I changed it, the house loaded together with the textures.

Which podium are you talking about? :slightly_smiling_face:

I don’t know what it’s called in your language. You see those boards on the street? It looks like a floor, and in construction mode it’s there.

I didn’t understand at all. It would be easier if you sent a picture and showed me.

 This ↓

Ah i understand wooden floor. Thanks

Here it is in construction mode. Because of it, the house wasn’t loading on Canvas.

That’s what the podium means to us.

I was going to tell @nova91 that if there are many textures causing errors, maybe it’s faster to reset everything directly until only one or two remain, because it will be harder to find the errors — we could even have an error in the jewelry box slider.

I don’t know why this happens or if it doesn’t recognize texture changes properly or if we’re just tinkering with textures too much … but it’s better to do things carefully. Once it happens to you, it doesn’t happen again  a house is a lot of time invested, you have to fix it.

It’s also mistranslated here, it says floor tile but that’s not it @LeeLoo, how curious I didn’t know that, we’ll have to look into it

see you :slightly_smiling_face:

A podium in architecture is this  :

Exactly! That’s what I did until there were no textures left. But the house still wouldn’t load on Canvas.
So I deleted the windows, then the doors, then the walls. Nothing was left. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
Last, I deleted that podium (floor tile), and that empty plot with garden beds was able to load on Canvas. I should have deleted it first :joy: It was made up of several parts.
Anyway, I rebuilt that floor tile again, as one solid piece, and everything was fine.

Floor Tile or Wooden Floor

It’s more appropriate to write under this names. Otherwise it’s misunderstood.

I know this as “raised platform” or “stage”, when there is a surface slightly higher than the ground and is a bit elevated
