Every time I try to create a new Zoi now and upload it I get this stupid Failed to upload due to 3D object or texture I know there is nothing wrong with my textures I’ve used them a hundred times and they uploaded fine now all of the sudden it won’t let me upload anything not even a swimsuit what is happening with Canvas it’s severely bugged since I don’t know that the 3D object stuff means cause I never used one before or saw one I play vanilla only thing in there is my textures which are NOT at all large they are all way under 2MB so I don’t know what’s broken but I’m sick of seeing that failed to upload. When it should NEVER fail since those textures are NOT broken.

Heya. Maybe the ideas from these two forum posts can help you. Not entirely sure if those are the same issues, but both mention the same error as you did.

Canvas caricamento non riuscito non capisco il motivo

Ho provato a caricare un vestito su Canvas con una mia texture, ed è uscito questo messaggio. Premetto che ho provato più volte cambiando sia la Zoi, che il modello di abito, che la texture (sia mie già caricate su Canvas, sia di altri) ed esce sempre lo stesso messaggio. I cannot upload my zoi preset to canvas

I’ve been uploading my zoi presets in canvas without any problems until now. Everytime i try to upload to canvas i get this error saying Upload Failed, an issue has occured to to a texture or 3D object used in this creation. I tried even using a shirt from the game without using a texture, and i still have the same error. Neither one are any help but I guess this serious error is similar to the first post you added. But either way no-one from the staff has said anything about it there is a lot they don’t look at or fix… that’s Beta for ya guess I can no longer be a creator until this error is fixed … shrugs

Unlike the other poster it was not an item of clothing or a 3D object or a texture since I’ve recoloured many of the same clothing no new items and they have all went up fine before it’s Canvas that is broken… I already have 2 of the same suit i recoloured wanted to add another and cannot, I upload the creations for myself and if anyone else wants them so be it but that is my storage for lots and zois and clothing on Canvas. So I would love someone to look at repairing what is stopping uploads that are not too large.

Too bad it wasn’t really of help, but I’ll leave a support comment for attention, so it will finally be fixed properly. Next time I play, I’ll check if I also run into that issue and see if I can find anything. Let’s hope there will be some help either from the dev team or a forum member​
