Canvas Ranking Error?

I’ve been receiving notifications on Canvas each day since I uploaded my latest build that it’s featured on the daily rankings. Oddly, when I click the notifications, it takes me to the daily properties rankings property page but the build isn’t shown anywhere in the list for the days it says I was featured. I uploaded it 4 days ago, and 3 days ago, the build made it to #8, but since then it has disappeared entirely from the rankings, even though it’s still getting engagement that aligns with other builds featured on the daily rankings. I can also see one day (Aug 6) that I was notified that it ranked, that property #48 is strangely completely missing/grayed out.

I know the Canvas ranking system isn’t always straight forward and that my build could be unworthy of the ranks but the daily notifications I’m receiving that say it is ranking are what’s confusing to me.

Has anybody else encountered this?

Yes, I’ve also had this before. The Canvas ranking system refreshes approximately every 2 hours. This means that even if you receive a notification stating your creation was listed, it may not appear in the current ranking view if the standings have changed since the last update :custom_butterfly:
Sometimes you see the notification but it reflects the previous day’s rankings & just so you know - your builds are definitely not unworthy @whateverika :custom_heart:
