Family, Teen & School Gameplay Suggestions for Future Updates**

I have a few ideas I would really love to see added to inZOI in a future update. I think these could make family life, teenagers, children, and school gameplay feel much more interactive and realistic.

1. Daycare System :baby_bottle:

I would love to have a daycare system where our Zois can actually interact with and work at a daycare.

For example:

  • Adult Zois could choose to work as daycare teachers/caregivers.
  • Teen Zois could potentially have daycare-related part-time jobs.
  • Players could take care of NPC babies and toddlers while working at the daycare.
  • Daycare workers could feed babies, change diapers, play with them, put them down for naps, read to them, and help keep them entertained.
  • Parents could enroll their own babies and toddlers in daycare when they have to go to work.
  • NPC families could also use daycare, making the world feel more alive.

It would be really nice if daycare wasn’t just a rabbit hole. Actually being able to see our babies there and interact with them would make family gameplay so much better.

2. Teen & Adolescent Part-Time Jobs :woman_teacher::woman_swimming:

I would also love to see teenagers/adolescents have more part-time job selections.

Some ideas:

  • :camping: Camp Counselor
  • :ring_buoy: Lifeguard
  • :person_swimming: Swim Instructor
  • :books: Tutor
  • :musical_note: Beginner Music Teacher

For tutoring, teens could help younger children with school subjects such as math, reading, science, or languages. It would also be cute if musically talented teens could give younger children basic music lessons.

I think this would give teenagers more independence and make their lives feel different from adult Zois.

3. More Interactive High School Gameplay :backpack:

I would LOVE to see high school become much more interactive.

For example, students could actually get into trouble with teachers if they are caught cheating on tests or assignments. There could be consequences such as detention, getting sent to the principal, losing privileges, or having their grades affected.

I would also love to see more school clubs and extracurricular activities, such as:

  • :person_cartwheeling: Gymnastics
  • :martial_arts_uniform: Martial Arts
  • :artist_palette: Pottery
  • :crossed_flags: Anime Club
  • :hospital: Hospital Volunteering
  • And more sports and creative clubs

The Anime Club especially would be so cute! :sob:

Hospital volunteering could also be a great way for teens to explore careers in medicine and gain experience before becoming adults.

4. Walking Children to School :children_crossing:

Another small family detail I would LOVE is the ability for parents to walk their children to school.

Parents could accompany their child to school in the morning, and then the child could enter the school while the parent goes to work or returns home.

But if players don’t want to personally walk their child to school, they could simply choose an option to send the child to school independently.

And one small detail that would make this feel even more realistic:

School Crossing Guards :children_crossing:

It would be so cute to see school crossing guards near schools helping children safely cross busy streets during school hours.

It could be a small world detail, but I think things like this would make the city feel much more alive and believable.

That’s all I have for now! I really hope some of these ideas can be considered for future inZOI updates. I would especially love to see more gameplay centered around families, children, teenagers, school, and everyday life
