Just a few things -
I think it would be great to expand the toddler and child interactions/activities. The toddlers could have more toys to play with, take toys out of a toybox, color with crayons, pretend to read, have the parents teach them/use flash cards.
Also, I think it would be great to have some sort of healthcare system, or the ability for zois to have illnesses and/or disabilities that actually impact their life. The family or people that care about them could be concerned about them/be empathetic toward them. I think it would be great for a realistic gameplay and representation. Zois could use mobility aids like crutches, walkers, and wheelchairs to get around (maybe akin to how we are able to control cars). The illnesses could be a myriad of mental illnesses (neurodivergence, ADD, Autism, Depression, Schizophrenia, OCD, etc) as well as chronic illnesses, or conditions needed to be treated at a hospital (possibly rabbit hole doctor’s visit or hospital stay).
Lastly, I think it would be great to have some more career options - for example high school or elementary school teacher, marine biologist (since we can scuba dive in Cahaya), stylist, PR manager, nurse, doctor, customer service rep, etc.
