Play the game for a while, go to Manage Family → All Families.
Several families have lost all their avatar icons, so it is not possible to see who is in each family.

@inzonto33_0002 Are these families which were created by you? And are you sure there were pictures of these before?
In my game since the release of early access it has been this way. Only the premade / game created households ever had pictures and my families were always like in your screenshot without a portrait / avatar.
See screenshot, same like in your game. Not sure if this is even a bug. I thought this was just not implemented yet for our own families.

Ok, I understand that there are some families with icons, and some without. Some of these may have been locally created, and some may have been premade by the game. Actually, it’s irrelevant from where these families have come from. All Zois have features, all zois have faces. There is no reason on earth, that I can think of, why the “family snapshot” image cannot include a picture or each family member, or at least a selection. It’s just careless programming. Eg;
If family has members (zois) then; display image of family member (zoi) done.
There should be no case where a family square is displayed as empty of zois, regardless of who has created the family.
The reason is early access. This is not “sloppy programming”. The developers simply haven’t had time to implement it yet. @EllaEstella is telling you about this. And also that it will most likely be fixed very soon.
Just like @EllaEstella & @Carnel said, the family photo system is currently in development as shown in previous dev videos by Kjun. I hope they’ll implemented very soon
