OK so I have a Asus rog strix g15 advantage edition, it has ryzen 9, 16 gb ram, on cpu1 512gb vram cpu1 has 12gb vram, Windows 11 home. I have the 6800M graphics. The game just keeps crashing no matter what I do, I have followed every single thing I have been advised to do from clearing caches to uninstalling and reinstalling the game to verifying the steam files to deleting mods or textures, I’ve lowered all graphic settings in game I’ve downgraded my graphics driver, I don’t know what else to do it even crashes on gforce now which I’m still paying for.

My Game crashes too and nothing from the links

since the new update today i cant start the game: cpu crash

my specs: I7-13700K Ram 32 gb Geforce RTX 4060

at different times, right now it dont load into the game atall and crashes. before now it would crash when placing a downloaded furniture object of canvas into my home. i cant get the game to lanch now it keepssaying out of video memory rubbish again. i already deleted all the cach filles

done that its no help at all and im getting extremely frustrated with this i just wanna play the game! all mods are off before you may ask

The solution has been found.

You have to verify @sarahlasshes this folders too and remove the mods also :

  • BlueClient/Content/Paks/~mods

  • Documents/inZOI/Saved/Mods

If either folder exists, please share all remaining mod files with us by sending a Drive link.

The mods enter in conflict since the updates unfortunately, so we have to remove them for the moment.

Same issue. Bought the game today, used no mods and PC definitely fulfills the requirements (though I use AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT as graphics card).

The game always crashes once I finish creating a character. It just ends and closes itself.

Someone has resolved this by : rolled back his GPU driver to 25.6.2

I actually have a problem with removing mods from the game, I play with gforce now and I had downloaded modded tops from within the game itself and I soon realised it broke the game as the game had updated… I have gone to uninstall all mods, and I’ve disabled all mods and I’ve been into the folders you have said and deleted mods from in the folders and the mods are still showing up in my game of the modded tops. This is a huge problem for people who do play with gforce now because I’m thinking there’s no way of me deleting these mods because obviously the game is being streamed from a server side…. And I’ve no access to files on that machine as it’s not my local machine.. I have contacted gforce now Nvidia about this. I’m really fed up of problems after problems. I’ve been unable to explore any part of the dlc or even much game play with all the crash issues and such. Really tired of this.

I understand your reaction, but people forget that Mods are made for 1 version of game, whe the game evolve, the Mods need to be updated also, otherwise many bugs can appear :frowning:

inZOI are doing many updates, unlike the Sims because the game need to be more stable as everyone knows. We need to be patient !
