The game asked me to update my NVIDIA drivers, which I did. But the moment I did that, my game started crashing every second, which makes it unplayable. And if I try to log it again, it crashes again. And I downgraded my files on NVIDIA, and it made it work a bit longer, but still the game crashes. And I have the latest update. I’m using Steam on my PC, which has Windows 11. I have all the requirements to run the game. Before those updates of NVIDIA and the game, it was working perfectly fine, and now literally the game is unplayable. It literally freezes while playing. Nothing is responding, nothing at all, and eventually it crashes. And I don’t know, I cannot play the game. I literally cannot. I don’t know what else to do. I tried to upgrade the Nvidia, it didn’t work. I tried to downgrade the Nvidia, didn’t help. And before the update of the Nvidia, of the game, my game was working perfectly fine.

There are actually several crash reports since v0.10.0 with different NVIDIA GPUs, including 3060/4050/4060/4070-class cards. One player even did a clean NVIDIA driver reinstall and still crashed, so it might be related to the game update rather than the driver alone.

One thing you could test is disabling DLSS and Frame Generation completely and restarting the game. Someone in another crash thread reported that this stopped their crashes for the moment.

Also make sure you’re already on v0.10.1, since the September 5 hotfix fixed some crash issues, although apparently not all of them, but since you mentioned you have the latest update, that shouldn’t be it.

If it still happens, I would definitely upload the crash dump files too, because staff are currently asking for those in similar reports.

Crash files should be here:
C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\BlueClient\Saved\Crashes

So to sum it up, as first step, try this:

Settings → Graphics → turn the DLSS Super Resolution option off → turn DLSS Frame Generation off → restart the game.

This sadly may be one of the still-unresolved post-update crash issues rather than something specific to your hardware.

One thing you could still test is setting both Graphics and Performance to Medium temporarily. Someone in another crash thread said that stopped the crashing for them after the update, even though they previously played on High. If that helps, it might point to a new performance/VRAM-related problem introduced by the update.

If it still crashes, I would definitely attach the crash dump to your report rather than keep changing random settings. The v0.10.1 hotfix only says it fixed “some crash issues,” so apparently not all of them are resolved yet.

Hi @Cami_0023 I’m not sure I understand what you mean about the driver… The card has to be up to date, you can download the app again and update the driver you want. nvidia app >> You need to know which card you have and do all that carefully, this is important not just for Inzoi.

Take @Minthyuyu’s advice and in case lowering the settings might work, I’m telling you how I do it since I’m very meticulous and it’s working well for me so far.

Once you install the app and the driver properly, you ask the nvidia app to optimize the game for you, the nvidia app tends to push games a lot but it helps.

Then I go into the game options, in the performance and graphics tabs and tell Inzoi to reset to default values, restart the game. Now the second time I start up, I manually lower the graphics parameters (in my case from ultra to high, because I want to) and restart again.

At this point the nvidia app no longer controls all the game optimization but it doesn’t matter, we can use it again another time when we need it.

You also have to set up clearing the PSO cache it’s in the graphics tab.

They’ll have to fix it, for now good luck and hang in there :cherry_blossom:

Well, I’ll clarify the Nvidia information for beginners in case I left any doubts, I prefer to post another message rather than edit, because this forum and I don’t get along well :roll_eyes:
The Nvidia app, once installed, automatically identifies our graphics card and searches for the latest available drivers for it. Normally you just have to choose whether you want the “Game Ready” driver for gamers or the “Studio” one.

And if after installing the driver, we want to uninstall the Nvidia app because it bothers us in other programs or for whatever reason, there’s no problem, it can be uninstalled safely and reinstalled whenever we want.
