As far as I know, there still isn’t a proper built-in video recorder yet. There is the Free Camera mode, which is useful specifically for filming, but you still need something like Steam recording, Windows Screen Recording, NVIDIA/AMD or OBS to actually capture the footage.
Interestingly, an in-game video option was shown as “in development” quite a while ago, so it seems to have been planned at least.
