Since the September update, it seems like the number of business customers has decreased significantly. My business level is 5 stars and I promote it consistently, but I only get 3-4 customers per day. Before the update, there were a lot more visitors. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if it’s gotten worse. There are some evaluations that the interior is not good, and I’m wondering if that’s affecting it. I hope the number of customers will increase more.

I have this issue aswel but I also play on minimum performance. I don’t know if this may affect it.

@silverstar I think in the Gameplay settings you can adjust customer traffic but it influences the performance, as far as I know. But to be fair, businesses haven’t been working properly for a very long time
