I found two more Urges that don’t work.
But I also discovered something The desire “Vuole annaffiare una pianta” I(play in italian), it is made with “Condividi i sentimenti con una pianta” 
.

Hello, I have noticed this glitch occurs every time I have a different Zoi selected.
Here is an example from my current save:
Zoi A has a want to be fulfilled to brush his teeth:
I switched to Zoi B and had Zoi A complete this urge:
Going back to Zoi A, the urge is still uncompleted:
Having Zoi A attempt to complete the urge again does not fulfill the stuck urge:
Could this be related???

It’s been fixed with today’s hotfix update, so please check the details below.
Fixed an issue where completed Urges would occasionally remain stuck on the list
→ When loading a save file where the issue had occurred, previously completed Urges may still remain on the list. They will disappear after some time.

I just want some clarification. For the save file, will some completed Urges still remain on the list going forward and disappear after some time? Because I have an issue where some new urges that came up after the hotfix will still remain on the list despite being done or they wont complete.

The bug with the plants seems to be fixed; I watered them and the Urge disappeared.
But today (after installing the latest update), something happened, which I’m posting a screenshot of.
Also, the Urge doesn’t disappear generically “after a while.” They disappear when the timer runs out.

I’d like to add something I haven’t mentioned before: not only does the Urge not disappear, but the Zoi does NOT receive the meow moments she’s entitled to for completing the action.
I don’t know if this happens to others.
Also, after version 7048, a previously working action, “Send a handwritten letter,” no longer works with the mailbox. I also tried with the postcard and it doesn’t work
I think you marked the issue as solved too soon.

I have endless issues with this myself. It is not fixed as of last hotfix. Still happening aplenty with almost all of my zois.

Does the issue with Urges not completing still occur even when playing on a New Game?
As Noah mentioned, when loading a save file where the issue had already occurred, previously completed Urges may still remain on the list. They should disappear after some time.
If the issue still happens in a New Game, could you please share your save file with us so we can investigate more accurately?

After the hotfix, newly generated Urges should disappear immediately once completed.
If new Urges still remain on the list or won’t complete, could you please share your save files with us?

I’m not sure what this means:
!Previously completed Urges may still remain on the list. They should disappear after some time.
The Urges disappear after the allotted time, but they often reappear. For example, one of my Zoi’s “Read a Novel” quests reappears. I complete it, but it disappears and doesn’t give me the Meow coins.
Now I’ll try a New Game.
Have not tried playing a new game. May take a week or more until I do.
Shall comment again if it is not resolved by then.

I created a new save file yesterday after the hotfix update and I have this problem as well. Some urges can be completed but the majority of the urges can’t, like the water houseplant, meditate, read and study. I have searched a lot on google and ensured I do the same thing as others that have successfully completed the urge but it still doesn’t work.
I played with both the new save and the old one.
With the old save, I also had the problem with the “meditate” function.
I don’t feel like I’ve ever completed it before.
While other actions that didn’t complete before now do.
With the new save, everything seems fine, but I’m not very motivated to play. New wishes appear slowly, and playing the family game just as a test is boring.
The issue is still occurring for me. Not for every zoi in the household every time, but it’s random. I’ll have multiple zois with the urge to workout with dumbbells for example. It will complete for one and then on the other I can try several times and it will never complete. Most of the time the urges only complete if your’e directly controlling the zoi completing the urge. I’m playing using GeForce Now, so I’m unable to access the save file to upload it.

Im having this issue too. It seems random whether it will complete or not. I dont try and complete every urge but I know certain workout urges and reading certain book urges are finicky.
What I noticed for me is that if I complete the urge on the Zoi I’m actively looking at : It works.
If I tell a bunch of my family to all do their urges, they won’t complete… EXCEPT the zoi I am looking at at the moment of the action getting done.
So I guess the bug is: When not in control of a Zoi, it does not complete.
I hope this helps the devs fix it !
