I recently downloaded inZOI but I already had a Canvas Nickname prior to getting the full game. Now that I have the full game installed I can no longer access my original Canvas account directly through inZoi and it has automatically made an account with #0001 added to the back of my original nickname. I am able to login to my original Canvas account through a web browser and I am also given the option to switch accounts but when logging into the game on Steam I am not given that option and I am automatically logged into the new alternate account
Hello, unfortunately, I don’t see a possible solution to your situation. At the moment, it is not possible to link a Canvas account that is different from the Krafton and Canvas account that you created and linked while playing… We’ll see if the inZOI staff responds to you later on this subject with an alternative.
Yeah, got the exact same issue. I made a Canvas Account quite a while ago, I guess with the Creative Studio release and when I open Canvas in the webbrowser, I can easily switch to that old account, which is also linked to my Steam and Twitch Account, but in the actual game I can’t switch anything. The game automatically created a new account for me and there is no visible possibility to change accounts, which is very odd, since it’s clearly possible in the webbrowser and the account clearly exists AND is connected to my Steam account, so why making a new one for me in the first place …
I also created mine when the demo came out so I’m not really sure why this problem exists. I hope they give us the ability to switch accounts in game the same way we can via web browser.
Yeah its very strange. I had created a previous online account, then recently purchased the game and it links to steam, but this account, while authentication thru steam, links to a different email and a account name. Very strange. There is way too many loose ends with this game: in-game canvas, forums & web browser version of canvas. Too much confusion.![]()
