Can't Upload Zoi to Canvas

  • Error Message (optional): None

  • Details (Providing reproduction steps helps us): When I try to upload a Zoi I created onto Canvas, the game crashes. This was happening before the hotfix issued today and is still happening after I updated the game.

Same issue I’ve been having for 4 months now. I’ve sent my files to devs & it’s been about two months now with no feedback.

Same here. Since april i haven’t been able to upload from caz or build mode. it’s like this on all of my devices even my husbands account has the same issue. They have offered/found zero resolutions.

i upload my zoi on canvas but they not save on my game when i click on it to download they still not there

Could you please try running the latest build, reconnecting to Canvas from the game lobby, and then attempting the upload again?

Hello unfortunately the game still crashes when I retry canvas upload after update.

I am having the same issue as well. I just tried to upload a build to canvas twice and both times the game crashed.

UPDATE: Reshade was causing the crashing issue.

I had reshade installed for inZOI and that is what was causing the crashes. As I was about to fill out a bug report of my own I remembered I had reshade installed and figured I should try uninstalling it to see if that would fix the issue and it did. :smiley:

Hi everyone, as @Luna_H mentioned earlier, we’ve confirmed that crashes may occur when using Reshade. If you’re using this program, please remove it and try uploading to Canvas again.

For those experiencing crashes even without Reshade, please check whether you have any mods or other third-party programs installed. If the issue continues after checking, kindly submit a new report.
