Crash after Canvas download

  • Game Version: v0.4.1

  • Platform: Steam (Windows)

  • Mods: Enabled

  • System Specs:
    GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XTX
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
    RAM: 35 GB
    OS: Windows 11

  • Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Download a Zoi from Canvas (on the crashing ones, no pop-up listing mod dependencies appears).

  2. Select the downloaded Zoi and apply changes.

  3. The game crashes immediately after applying changes.

  • Save Files:
    No save available. Tried starting a new one without success.

  • Details:
    No error message appears — the game simply crashes.

Hi @Nyhillius, sorry for the trouble.
Could you please tell us which Canvas creation you downloaded the Zoi from before it crashed?

Hi,

I hadn’t noticed it before, but I was unable to launch the game due to several mods causing crashes — either at the end of Zoi creation or when clicking the “Random All” button.

I disabled all mods and cleared my AMD cache. After that, I re-enabled only a few mods, and it seems to be working properly now.

I’ll let you know if I identify a specific mod causing crashes again.

On the other side, the “Download for later” button on the website is not working for me at all.

As for the “Download for later” button on the website — I’ve checked it on our side, and it seems to be working properly at the moment.
Since this thread is mainly about the mod-related crash, I’ll go ahead and close it for now.

However, if the “Download for later” button is still not working for you, please create a separate report with the Canvas creation link so that we can take a closer look.
