  • Game Version: current game version as of yesterday

  • Platform: (Windows PC Steam / Mac Steam / Mac App Store) windows

  • Mods: (Choose one: never used / removed / active) all are disabled atm

  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage…):win 11 gtx 3060 16 RAM

  • Issue Date: 8.21.25

  • Error Message (optional): no message it just gets hung up and freezes and i have to restart my entire pc or the game

  • Details (Providing reproduction steps helps us): pc freezes and needs to be restarted

This happens to me too, when I change cities (by phone or use the seaplane) the loading screen just stays forever.
